I am Head of the Thompson & Jackson Solicitors LLP Private Client Department and a Consultant Solicitor (full time employed) in Plymouth. I am an Accredited Member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly), a former Committee Member of the SFE Devon and Cornwall Branch, and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales Private Client Section.
I undertake all aspects of Private Client work (to include Wills, Probate , Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Deputyship Applications). Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1996 and prior to my specialism in Private Client law , I gained considerable experience and expertise in residential property law and established a loyal client following.
I want all of my clients to be treated in the way that I would like to be treated myself and am pleased that I am able to help people at what are often very difficult and distressing times in their loved ones lives.
